The Sitting Made Simple (SMS®) Customer Experience Associate is responsible for providing daily
support to our SMS® community and reports directly to Lauren Hardy, owner of the SMS® Cincinnati location.
The Customer Experience Associate is in direct contact and provides daily assistance to our SMS®
community. This role is critical in helping the brand grow in creating new and sustaining current
relationships with our users. Therefore, this individual must be goal minded with a strong sense of
organization and leadership, while focusing on the user experience. The role requires someone with a
sense of urgency, a problem-solver who can make quality decisions in alignment with the company’s
